The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.BID POSTING DATE: No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Wednesday, August 19, 2026, unless extended by the Department for good cause.INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Monday, July 13, 2026. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us.SCOPE OF WORK:Base Bid:Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to replace existing force main per the contract documents.Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. To request a pre-qualification letter, the bidder should email BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us.
