Procurement of laboratory consumables for delivery to Mauritius (Re-launch)

Dear Bidder, The FAO Representation in Madagascar, Comoros, Mauritius, and Seychelles hereby invites you, through this re-launch of the Invitation to Bid, to submit your best offer for the supply of laboratory consumables to be delivered to Mauritius. Your submission must comply with all the specifications and requirements described in the tender documents, including all annexes, and must adhere to the general terms as well as the special conditions contained therein. Constituent documents of the offer: a) The duly completed Technical Specifications and Compliance Form – Annex I b) The duly completed Financial Offer – Annex II c) The duly completed Submission Letter – Annex IV Important notes:  Bidders must submit their financial offer strictly using the format provided in Annex III – Financial Table and provide it in both “.xlsx” and “.pdf” formats.  Any offer submitted in a different template or format may be disqualified.
