Invitation to Submit Proposal - Greater Hartford Region

Description

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept lease proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. August 7, 2026, to lease up to 6,000 net usable square feet of office space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for up to 104 cars in the greater Hartford area, for use and occupancy by the Department of Developmental Services for a term of five (5) years. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Preference will be given to proponents offering renewal options and/or termination clauses.
